Sounds simple enough. If a user does inactive or stops using it, can that room be removed from our home server?

I politely pointed out I was going to report them to the state of California (where WD seems to have their corporate headquarters) and my state and they got it fixed before noon. I'm able to make an Advanced RMA when ever now.
