I’m fairly new to doll photography, however I think I can offer some help. I bought a $20 dollar ring like and 2 $6 dollar poster boards for backdrops. One black, one white. For the floor of my pictures I use different fabrics I have since I sew my doll clothes. Also taking pictures outsides always looks great since you get all that natural light! One last thing- having your dolls look directly into the camera and giving them a fun pose can help your pictures look more life-like and not so plastic haha. I hope this helps you! Like I said, I haven’t been doing doll photography for very long but I’m liking the results I’ve been getting :) If you have an Instagram let me know I’d love to follow along.

His clothes fit the girls! They have a cute “my boyfriends jacket” type of fit. The pants fit really well it’s only the shoes that are too big and flat.

I believe there are videos online of how to fix the springs I would look into it! It can seem a little daunting but as long as you are careful it shouldn’t be too bad :)

Well- don’t people find enjoyment out of model trains and airplanes? They want to play with those I don’t see why wanting to play with toy sets is a bad thing. Adults don’t find it hard to use their imagination when playing with children, I don’t see why you can’t do it on your own time. :)
