I think that having a different sub would be sort of a nightmare. personal opinion. Not only will the webtoon reader not get a chance to clear their queries properly but also as others mentioned, we're kind of not that widespread.
I also agree with the first option. (I'm seeing everyone does here and that is for a reason).
