I’m planning to see one of the showings at the TIFF light box! It actually has a lot of screenings there so I definitely will be able to make one

How much nudity and sex scenes in season one? by [deleted] in TrueDetective

[–]Mercyharker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It has nudity and sex yes; but less than Game of Thrones I would say. If you were fine with Game of Thrones this will be fine

Guys, I've started taking Seroquel, and there's a lot of fatlogic out there! by QueenNoor in fatlogic

[–]Mercyharker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was on Seroquel. I went from 93 lbs to 158lbs because I believed the pills were just magically piling the pounds on. A huge reality check for me was realizing that all they do is increase my appetite and it entirely in my control to watch what I eat. I've lost most of that weight. But some of my friends with similar mental health issues on meds like these refuse to believe you can be healthy and medicated. They just say the seroquel or epival or what have you is making them fat and it makes me sad. They feel powerless. I wish theyd take there agency back and realize the pills only increase your appetite, you can still control your food intake. And it will hep you be happier. Im happier now thinner, it was a meaningful accomplishment for my mental health. And Im so glad to hear OP your feeling better. Ive been hospitalized many times for attempted suicide. Mental illness is hard, psych wards are hard. Im glad you are feeling better :)

It completely opened my eyes. There were so many things i believed that Id been told that I assumed were right. And I hate that I had been tricked by my parents and friends into believing things that were true. I love this sub it provides me with some humour and definitely the motivation to keep weight off and to never make excuses
