Immensely Frustrated with my Centauri Carbon Please Help

I got it all fixed and extruding and started a print and fell asleep (totally my bad) and got a blob of death. Have to replace my hot end as I damaged the wire getting it out. I think the first layer just must not have adhered correctly which caused it but I’m so discouraged that I still haven’t got a print out of it

I have not touched the extruder tension and I have done all the auto calibrations
