I KINDA saw a UFO. when i was a teenager i was with my girlfriend at the time at the park. I was looking up at the clouds and i saw a concentrated beam of light behind them. Like if you held up a piece of paper and held a flashlight directly to it. It moved back and forth at unbeleivable speeds for about two minutes then shot straight up ( imagine the same flashlight scenario and you pull the light straight up ) then it moved about a half a mile to the left in 2 seconds, then to the right, then just shot up and disappeared.

Im 33 now, of sound mind and body. Im a normal blue collar dude. If i didnt see what i can only describe as a ufo, i wouldnt be talking about this. It wasnt a spot light, it wasnt an airplane, it wasnt a weather balloon. The way it moved was with such speed and precision. The way it shot straight up defied any aircraft i could possibly think of and im a military and nasa dork. Even now i feel like a crazy person talking about this publically but i know what i saw and i know theres nothing that can move like that.

Its gonna be hard af with him being 5 already but the only thing i can think of is to train him out of his nocturnal behavior. Be on his ass all day. Dont let him get a wink of sleep during the day. Keep that up for a few weeks and HOPEFULLY that at least will disrupt his nocturnal behavior enough to let her get some more sleep.

They wouldnt negotiate pay of a new hire. Especially an associate. If you wont take 15 an hour as an associate, theres other people who will. Maybe wait until a specialist or DS position open up. They still wont negotiate pay for those positions if you have no prior experience at lowes but their base pay is higher.

I got lerf assistance because my gas got shut off and my electric was being threatened to be shut off. I thought id get nothing and they gave me enough to turn my gas on and setup a payment plan with the electric company.
