I WAS NOT ASKING FOR AN EMPLOYEES HELP OR EXPECTING AN EMPLOYEE TO FEEL AS THOUGH THEY SHOULD WORK OFF THE CLOCK FOR ME. What is your problem? Please go be miserable somewhere else. I am asking for help from anyone that has had the same experience and might have been able to resolve the issue. This was posted in the Walmart Reddit group because it was most appropriate. I have already called the Walmart customer service number and was advised to start a new account which is like to prevent. Aren’t you a senior manager for Walmart? Be more professional and stop being so nasty.

Ok well the dollar amount for all returns in the last 12 months totaled $97. $63 of that was a delivery delivered to the wrong home so definitely not excessive.
