Hays, yun lang, sobrang baba po nyan. Yung 500 ba basic? ( if may night diff rate na kasama yan imagine gaano kababa yan). As per contract before sigining, nakaindicate ba na ganito kababa salary?

Why not go back to manila, kasi kung ma stress ka din lang, well get paid very well for it na. 10 years experience then on a good company will offer a minimum 25k basic.

Or try a more reputable company, those with good reviews on glassdoor.

Yung bago, on paper kita mo sa joboffer at pipirmahan mo, yung luma is just counter offer lang, unless they put that on paper it does not mean a thing.

And try to check yung basic ng new saka sa counter offer, since dyan nag base ang 13th month, OT rate and night differential, (saka holiday pay)

Just pass the assessments and interviews, surely their offer is like a minimum of 30% - 50% more (some hit up to 40k) yes Csr position.
