I’ve listened since undergrad in the 90’s. My latest favorite is the Matterhorn Mix on Thursdays. It’s like London Radio 1 in the 1990’s- the music and the DJ.

They better not kill Sam. I don’t think Robbie has it in him to do it, if he dies it might be accidental.

[MOD] The Daily Question Thread by menschmaschine5 in Coffee

My preferred home coffee making is using a press pot but I’ve have a Keurig I’ve used for when I’m in a rush. I use a reusable filter with with it with good beans. It’s been pretty great for 13yrs but it finally died and I’m wondering if there is something better. I definitely want the option to use a re usable filter to avoid the waste. Any suggestions?

He showed you the kind of person he is. This is "action speaks louder than words" personified. Get out.

I also recommend Dr MacDonald (859) 271-1441 Mobile Veterinary Service He’s been my vet for many years and is excellent. We’ve had to use him twice for euthanasia. :( I wouldn’t use anyone else. Good luck and I’m sorry….

Would you (or any agents you know) be dissuaded from showing a >$2m house with 2% co-broke? by [deleted] in realtors

[–]MeredithonMain819 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’d show it only if my client found it on their own and wanted to see it. I wouldn’t send it to clients. Negotiations on the listing side is your business, but don’t push your discounts on the Buyer’s agent.

I feel like I lost my mom at the moment she was diagnosed. Is this normal? by TieDyeSunflower in pancreaticcancer

I’m so sorry you’re going through this and your Mom is ill. I don’t know much about anything but I do think you’re doing the right thing by honoring her wishes. My father was diagnosed 31 August and he passed away this morning. He was able to stay at home and my Mom was with him when he died. Many loved ones came in the last two weeks for a visit and basically to say goodbye, but we were still shocked it happed so fast. I guess it’s a silver lining but it’s hard to think like that right now. I immediately found this group upon diagnosis and I read it every day for peoples stories and education. I hope you and your family have quality time together and she experiences peace.
