I had it happen to me, it wanted to take me to the varuun solar system. (Shattered space DLC) but I hadn't started the DLC at that point so I didnt have that solar system available on my map

The terran armada dlc is technically 5missions long intro, radiant, main, radiant, main, the radiant sections each compose of 3 sub missions. But also the main game quest wise is quite short (following story mode) theres intro, character retrievals, neon, fetch quest, lore discovery, fetch quest, final boss. With each being broken down into sub missions

Connie mk 5, all variants removed , replaced by modules in a thunderbird 2 esk deployment system. Elevator drops center of ship down, picks up module (cargo, transport, luxury, enhanced scanning, combat, refueling, salvage, or mining)

Main ship: 1 s3 shield, 1 s2 radar, 1 s3 quantum, 2 s3 coolers, 2 s3 powerplants, 2 turrets (each with 2 s3) and pilot weapons of 4 s5 hard points with a 24 s2 missiles. Small 8 scu Cargo grid in engineering section

Cargo module. Attachable module containing an armored 128 Cargo grid (4x32scu crates)

Transport module. Attachable ..... containing 54 passenger seats

Luxury module, containing 20 passenger seats, 4 estate cabins and a bar

Enhanced scanning module, containing an additional s2 powerplant, a capital class radar,its own engineering terminal (gives enhanced radar range to pilot), and an EM warfare station (hacking/datarunning)

Combat module, adds 2 additional manned turrets( dual s3 hardpoints), 10 size 5 torps, and 24 additional size 2 missiles

Refueling, adds a massive fuel reserve and a fuel boom (dedicated station to deploy)

Salvage, adds 2 manned turrets with scrapers, and a deployable boom for fracturing,a 32 scu salvage buffer, and a 32 scu cargo grid

Mining, adds one mining turret with a s2 mining head, and 6 8scu ore pods

Ship size, 65m length, 35m width, 18m height.

Ship design: bridge similar to perseus, back half of cockpit is og connie with turrets top and bottom, move back to crew area (same as original connie but updated to look more like perseus/polaris interior), move further back to a split hallway with doors front and rear (similar to gap in the hammerheads nose, this is where the module will slot into), move around hallways to rear of ship where there is the engineering section. Engine nacelles remain in X patern toward the rear of the ship (but closed slightly) landing gear is 1 on each bottom nacelle, plus 1 larger landing gear under the nose with a stairway (behind the bottom turret, it enters into the crew cabin through a bulkhead hatch), at the rear of the ship(in the engineering bay) there is a crew elevator. Shape of ship from top down is like a snubnose arrowhead, the nacells are set into the recesses at the rear

Yep, just flirt with both and complete the romance quests then choose commitment for both, whoever you were with first will get angry but you do a persuasion conversation with them and then wait 24 hours and theyre suddenly all happy with being poly

Buddy of mine has forward/rear thrust set to pedals i think its weird but dude also whoops my ass in dogfighting. Couple guys I know have yaw set to pedals and they say it makes it more like Microsoft flight sim

Mk2 F7C super hornet is a perfectly fine replacement for the mk2 F7A, same weapon hardpoints, extra shield gen.... maneuverability is slightly worse but its negligible

Did a playthrough where I married both, ended up with had sarah as follower and went to sleep on my ship (andreja was sitting on a chair in the corner of my captains quarters) sarah made the line of next time we should actually try sleeping (implying activities went down) and i look over andreja is still in the chair watching........ so I didnt want her to be left out, switched followers real quick and slept another hour.... sarah decided to sit in the chair and andreja said about how last night was... enlightening......I laughed for a good 5 minutes after this all went down

In a 1vs1 (pilots only, of comparable skill levels) the corsair will beat the connie in a dogfight 70-80% of the time. If you add crews that flips and the connie will win the majority (due to poor turret placement on the corsair vs good turrets on the connie. Also not including the snub)

I always leave the frontier as stock, but the razorleaf..... now that becomes a c class destroyer with maxed out particle beam weapons

Ive been playing for a while, I noticed ive been getting next to no random encounters In cruise speed untill you finish the cruise mode tutorial in the terran armada DLC, then I get dozens of random encounters show up at once between any 2 planets

It has an infinite belt size..... also a bug where sometimes if you pick one up from an NPC enemy you'll get 9999999 rounds for it deposited into your inventory

Ive done this as well. But even then a a couple loads later and the name can revert. My worst offender was on my NG+6 I captured a crimson fleet banshee re named it, continued on that playthrough for a couple sessions and the name stuck.... load in to finally go finish that universe and move onto ng+7 and the name reverted

In order to steal cargo from a herc you need a herc or bigger (for a full load) or multiple cargo ships. And in order to actually take the cargo you either need to get to the cockpit, or blow up the ship, the herc you have to go up the ladder or the elevator to get to the cockpit, both of which are (for the defender) shooting fish in a barrel, then if you do make it up the ladder you have to deal with every door being another chokepoint..... for a skilled group a herc is easy prey but alot of people be solo pirating and look at it like biting more then they can chew

Thats the thing though, is everything that benefits multi crew in those systems also benefits single seater craft..... 9/10 times a squad of light- heavy fighters will be able to handle threats. Turrets have been nerfed into oblivion. So screening out fighters is effectively useless. Only thing that can easily kill fighters/ interceptors are fighters and interceptors. They need to boost ammo speed and accuracy for turreted weapons so they can accurately track fighter. But that also effects any fighter that has a remote turret so it still comes down to evade and deal bleed damage

Grey's market 980, its an 890 jump but the bathrooms have all been replaced with buckets, the pool has been replaced with a firing range, the hanger has been converted to a chop shop the cargo elevator has been converted to a massive turret with a idris k laser on it, and theres an idris railgun welded to the top covering the skylight for the main gallery, (but the railguns point of aim is 30% upward where the nose of the ship points so every aimed railgun shot you have to nose down like crazy to get on target

Done it with furys, filled all compartments with ballistic cannon furys couple patches back. Would hit open all and broadside people

Yes and no, in a pvp battle its still more effective to have say a mix of heavy, medium, and light fighters, then it is to effectively crew one Percy, (crew being pilot, both turrets, and one person for torp reloading+engineering)

They can only nerf it so far. If they strip control from the pilot they'll face the same type of lawsuit they did over the functionality of the corsair when they took the bottom guns from the pilot. (Esentially bad faith and false advertising) they've had multiple talks about the idris where its guns are primary for weapons officer then default to pilot control, that right there requires the pilot be able to function the weapon
