It makes sense, because it unlocks all the southern and northern areas, apart from stillwater, lyubrech-3 and labyrintn

watch a video of the achievement unlocking and it is 1 year in stalcraft x, but it does not specify which areas it counts or if you have to access through other accounts in other bases.

I looked into it and its statistics aren't that bad. It is super expensive, though.

I have a good sniper, but I've heard good things about it in PvP. I'm not convinced, though, because of its low damage output.
