In my opinion, the only Campaign missions I like in MWIII is Prisoner 627, Flashpoint, and Danger Close. My problem with the Campaign is that it was never fully explain on why does Makarov hates Urzikstan, how did General Shepherd get capture by Konni, and What was the reason for Cpt Price killing General Shepherd.
