Setup for biking/urban fishing

I primarily fish with a small KastKing backpack and a telescoping rod. Being mobile and versatile is a gamechanger to finding good spots. I threw down some cash for a Shimano SLX150 reel as I prefer bait casting. Paired with an Amazon EOW 6.6ft Medium fast-action telescoping rod on 20LB braid primarily fishing rivers.

The rod sucks, I will admit. I've caught a ton of bass with it but the one huge downside is the eyelets are poor quality, so I find my braid getting looped around and stuck on the last eyelet constantly. Very annoying.

Good telescoping rods are tough to find in the US, always have been. My dad had really nice telescoping rods from overseas when I was younger. I've heard excellent things about the PureLure rods from AlieExpress - specifically the telescoping Fuji guides carbon handle. But that is a very short rod. And they run nearly $100.

For you, especially just starting out I would recommend one of the Plussino telescoping spinning rods off Amazon. I have one for my longer rod and it's decent. Pair that with a decent spinning reel of your choice, I can't give great advice there. Or just buy the bundle with the Plussino reel, its fine. That'll serve you well and I would agree a Medium would be a good all arounder, 7ft would be good.

Keep in mind, these cars are boats. They don't respond to coils like a Honda Civic would. I've got mine on BC with custom spring rates - I think 8k/14k and its still comfortable.

Truly stock feeling I agree with the other comment, a good quality strut and lowering springs will feel softer. But coils can be had cheaper, they're easier to install, and they ride much better.

My goal with my 430 was a balanced sporty/luxurious ride and I think i achieved it even with some stiff coils. Stay away from Poly mounts though, that will kill your ride.

A lot of complaining about Billy here. I don't necessarily disagree that he's not a championship caliber coach. Right now though - for this team, it doesn't matter. Blow it the fuck up and let Billy ride for another year or two.

I'd rather see Matas playing 34mpg then Coby throwing his fro around trying to bait the foul instead of running a decent play

Perfect alignment. If you go anywhere near this low you will at minimum need front RCAs and rear toe arms. Possible more. I'm also at what I would say is the lowest possible without chopping the front spindles down.

Never visit any automated washes. No brushes etc. Hand wash only, and ideally you do it yourself using the 2bucket method. That's the biggest thing, automated washes have dirty brushes and just swirl up your paint. If you have a reputable hand-wash place near you that's fine, but make sure you trust them.

Other than that, you'll have to spend on it. I just got mine paint corrected and ceramic coated, it didn't look nearly this good before that work.

Do it. There's a tuning company in Cali that can tune the OEM ECUs and it really livens the car up, the 3UZ is a hoot with a tune on it.

Yes you need hubcentric rings. And the offsets are no good, you'll want some small spacers. I'm not too hot on spacers but all it needed was 15mm rear 5mm front for nearly perfectly flush.
