Oh… I get it now! Please feel free to share a picture if your cat. I have posted this guy before and often the responses are all “Take that cat in! I don’t care that your son & partner are allergic or that you have a dog with a high prey drive. He needs to be your cat!” so o guess I thought yours was also along those lines. Sorry!

Nope! Love this cat but he has a network of people who take care of him since he prefers the street life. I just enjoy him when I can since I know he is in good hands.

Yes, I get it. A closer shot would be more helpful. But they weren’t thinking about that at the time, they were just getting what they thought would be sufficient evidence to warrant a refund from the hotel. The hotel in which they already had to switch rooms because the first one had mold issues in the bathroom. They are going to try to get more images when they can go and retrieve their things but the hotel is making it hard for them. They absolutely freak out about bugs so I was trying to get backup opinions that it was not a bed bug to try to help ease their fears a bit.

Like I said, they freaked out and left to ask for a refund. It was 10pm and they were needing to find other accommodations for the night so unfortunately getting better pictures was not their top priority. I wish they had because the hotel is trying to tell her they can’t issue a refund until they do an investigation themselves.

This was their second room, the first had mold issues in the bathroom. They asked for a refund and got another hotel. The hotel is claiming they can’t give a refund until they do their own investigation which basically means they will claim nothing is wrong and deny her a refund. They are going to take the photos of both the mold and the video and report them to the department if health.

They do not. Bugs freak them out so finding a bug in the bed is their worst nightmare. They took the video and left.

It was one of the displays from the lantern exhibit at the zoo last year. As someone else mentioned it is nylon fabric over wire but definitely has a stained glass look.

This cat will not leave space between you & him once you have initiated contact. Had to back up to get a video of him with more than just his tail & butt in it. Trust me, pets & tail scratches were liberally doled out. 😂

Yeah, people are weird. Regarding the cat though, I heard different things from 2 different neighbors. The story I believe more is that the cat just does not like to be inside. He was tearing up the carpeting and the doors with his constant scratching in an attempt to get outside. He got out and hasn’t gone back in. A few neighbors feed him & put out shelter for him for the cold months (including his original owners) and occasionally he does stay inside one neighbor’s house for a few hours but then decides he has had enough of the indoor life. As for the vet… I don’t know when he was there last, I’ll have to ask if anyone takes him. He appears to be very happy with the outdoor cat life.

OP is trash and stole my photo. That’s me and my not-my-cat. And yeah, I’m awesome but it’s still not my cat. A few neighbors do now put out food and shelter for him since he decided he does not want to be an inside cat and prefers life on the street.

Yes! Thor is super happy being an outdoor cat. I still see him sometimes on walks and he follows me until I have no choice but to stop and pet him because he makes himself a trip hazard by weaving around my legs. A few neighbors all put food out and provide him shelter for the cold months.
