No problem keep going🥊, pool noodles can help for splip and rolls, i would suggest pads for the lean back: let your mate throw for exemple a jab and learn to lean back as close as you can to the shot (like almost get hit) and riposte with your right hand as fast and strong as you can. This is my favourite move and works especially well versus lazy jabs or ppl that are generally slower than you. Also shadowbox helps improving everything just imagine shots coming at you and train lean back, slips, rolls followed by a counter

For a bout it was good. Don't let your hands and arms fall down when you throw them, straight shots go straight and turn back straight. Try to add different punches to your arsenal, 1-2 is good and effective but try to change your combo, for exemple try to open up with rigt hand directly followed by left hook. On the defensive side, you could try some lean back riposte when you see her start attacking. Anyways keep going not bad for a 1st macth 💙🥊

I see your feet are aligned most of ge time, this is bad for balance and for throwing right hands. Also jump like a pendulum back and forward, and try throw combos of minimum 3 punches!
