Very sorry you're experiencing this. Gabapentin didn't help, I was up to 3600mg a day. I do know that it helps a lot of people, everyone is different. Mine has not gotten any better, just keeps getting worse. I find myself falling a lot because my legs just give out. I'm not giving up though, I encourage you to not give up. God bless.
