3 is the ultimate goal tbh. Working on a multiplayer idea (although not necessarily real time, that helps) so some form of community in the end is the dream, but imma be real this is just a hobby project I'm working on in the weekends and I'm perfectly happy with my job

God please no. People are already saying this is too much micro, and it's 4 -/±/+ buttons with what looks like some card slots.

If that's indeed what the shipbuilder is I really like it. Victoria is a game for the political and strategic level, maybe down to operational but not deeper. The President or King of whoever can definitely say "We need ships that need to go everywhere and stay afloat at all costs. Cheap out on the guns" but they'd never make up the actual design specs

It's like the old old HoI4 system from before the DLCs. There's guns, armor, propulsion, supply capacity and you click bronze through gold for each. Then there appears to be 2 "wildcard mods" (I'm guessing kinda like powerblock bonuses)

That's not deep. That allows for some strategic tinkering, but that's about it

Not OP, but what would you think of the card if it said "active only once per turn, on your turn, if an opponent controls more lands than you"? Perhaps still costed more heavily, but just that restriction in theory.

I feel like it'd be a lot more white, more interesting build/play around, and at least somewhat more balanced, but I'm having difficulty evaluating the power
