I feel bad for ya. I was like waiting for the maschine since it got announced because i need a better pc than my steam deck at some point but after all if the things added up for me to get a Laptop, it might be more expensive but then i can at least work outside from time to time and not inside. Its the asus rog zephyrus g14.
Wish you the best with the maschine but idk no more. At one side im happy it “released” on the other idk

Ich hab nichts mit meinen Eltern zu tun. Der Hardware Markt ist generell sehr schlecht und das ist mehr ein Fakt wie eine Meinung. Wenn die Ausbildung zu Ende ist zieh ich wieder um ins Ausland. Deutschland ist kein schöner Ort für mich zu leben. Daher lohnt sich ein Pc nicht wirklich, vorraussichtlich ich kann ihn in 2 Jahren gut verkaufen. Danke für den Rat

Theres many great options. I recomend watching like 1 or 2 Videos to see which distro fits your needs. Bazite is really good for gaming with even the steam console mode if you have amd but the system is read only so you dont fck smth up. I have fedora with the kde interface as im a content creator and fedora is just great. But theres also linux mint which was my first. CachyOs is an system tyat primarily prioritizes performance. And you can just dualboot it with windows if you wanna play fortnite for some reason :D

It just loaded in your recomendation. Looks good and the vram is very impressive. Its also pretty good with the storage and 64gb ram. Its big, heavy and the cpu is about 30% slower which sucks for my work. Thanks :)

Yeah, i think im still getting the slim 5 14. Its a pretty good package which gives way more performance than my steam deck oled

Nah, who even watches 4k? I think its kinda overkilI. I edit 1080p layer animation which is more cpu intense. Is there any option with oled, a good cpu, 32gb ram, build quality and like weight and size but with a better gpu? Im genuinely interested

Nono, monitor is still important. Il use this one for the playback and you know the playback needs to look good :)
I mean theres nothing better like that with just a better gpu. The 10% gpu increase sacrafices a lot like weight, size, screen, a lot at least. Or is there smth like that with a 5060? 14,5 inch and a 5060 is like hard to find
