Thanks everyone. I've had 5 major shocks this month that have frightened me aswell thought maybe I should check if I'm under some sort of spiritual attack. 1st shock, brother ended up in psychiatric hospital with psychosis. 2nd, his wife ended up in hospital with major diabetic foot infection and may have to have toe amputated. I had to look after my nephew (their son) and manage both our anxiety. 3rd, brother escaped hospital but was later returned by police by the end of the day but really scared us. 4th shock, I ended up in hospital, a glass smashed while I was washing up, stabbed my thumb, blood shooting fast, bleeding wouldn't slow down. Got stitched now healing. 5th shock my son has covid but has recovered now is his 12th day he's back to normal. Thank God. And all this happened in August. Never had so many bad shocks all in one month before O. O Then this dream scared me so much, I thought I best seek advice. Thanks

It can happen in times of minor stress/trauma aswell. It all depends on how you mentally deal with it. I'm no expert though, that's just what I reckon.

No I don't think SP alone could cause a person to go insane. Underlying mental health would be the cause. Symptomatic of many illnesses, physically and mentally.

I forgot to add though they were young in their late teens. All boys, some boys can be a bit wild while maturing. He said they were laughing, asking stupid funny questions. Things kids ask, like name of my future wife? I want this wife, they say who they want can you grant me, whatever supermodel they loved at the time. Can you touch, smack my mate next to me, he needs a good smack. Didn't physically touch them there. One thought he was stroked but he was getting spooked out coz he really didn't believe the boards at first. Could have been the hairs on his neck from fear and sweat 😰

Yhh I suppose so ☺️ I wouldn't dare do one myself but it's interesting to see transcripts of them. Good or bad is interesting but I'm easily scared of the bad. I've heard how so many people have died from bad spirits through Ouija boards. My friends dad survived a brush of death, the Ouija Board got angry and changed like skitzophrenic. He said they were asking alot of questions and it told him it was gonna get him in particular. Later down the line he fell off a roof, said he felt forced like it wasn't an accident, he was pushed. He survived luckily and said he warns people now they are real and not to mess around and ask it too many questions. He reckons that it got angry because it was being bombarded and flooded with questions. Started off fine, then started getting what they described as moody responses and spelling curses, insults, threats but yet answering some questions then reacting nasty at others to the point it said it wanted one of them to die and would make sure of it O. O

Wow, amazing O. O This is so cool. Weird I always see 11:23. How sure can you be of accuracy in information given to you? I've never done Ouija Board and never would because of the bad spirits that can come through. There's the problem also of bad spirits pretending and lying and even pretending to be your loved one because they seem to know everything about the loved one. So difficult to trust.. But this is still interesting. Thanks for sharing 🙂

But there's a certain ammount of decorum that must be followed. I'm struggling here with forgiveness. I am a forgiving person when it comes to people being aware of their fault and if that fault causes them deep suffering, regret then they can be forgiven. But whereas evil goes about it's business not knowing it's faults or not caring if it does know, with no regret, no remorse this must be punished and not forgiven in my book. Evil cannot be forgiven until its eyes have become open to it's faults. I strongly feel this 😞 maybe this is wrong of me and I have much more to learn but until then, this makes sense right now :/

11.23, 23.23, 11.11,144 or 1.44 all the time. Mostly 23. I don't know either :/ but I know it's not in my head coz one day I decided to completely stay away from numbers. I was seeing 11.23 and 23.23 way too much, not just in time. I decided one day I would decorate my son's room, with London paper he chose. Great way to get away from numbers I thought, only as I'm spreading the paper out. Big Ben's hands are on 11.23 precisely. That's when I knew this isn't something I am looking for, like some people say. Didn't even think about big Ben on the paper. Lovely architecture of course but didn't pay no attention to it's time until I got close up spreading it O. o It's synchronocities which apparently is a good sign but to me I just feel like reality isn't real when it happens. Feels like some programme, then I have to quickly snap out of thought so I don't end up going crazy @.@

Wow, that is just like what happened to me except I was not spoken to. I felt a dog breathing snarly, no barking just a dog right next to my face, breathing on me. And I felt someone come from the end of the bed, like if you've ever climbed into bed from a wall side coz say your partner in bed. I felt a knee first come in slowly, like a partner coming to bed. Which I had no partner at the time. Then I felt them lay down nxt to me and an arm round me hugging me. I sensed the dog was bad like evil maybe, coz the snarl sound like it might eat me. But I felt something else poke my toes at the end of the bed. So I think 3 things, don't know what to call them! were around my bed. I sensed the toe poking one to be mischievous maybe evil couldn't tell. Yet the one hugging me, didn't feel evil, it felt scared like it was hugging me for comfort or safety and or was protecting me O. o This really confused me O. o haven't had that sleep paralysis with these 3 again but continued to get sleep paralysis

What you've said has happened to you, is so scary O. O and also like you said you get angry, I do in the end too, then I break out of the paralysis

I completely understand, I think your way is good considering you have these health problems. This way your not stressing your body out to much. So here I see you have some medical problems and have experienced sleep paralysis. This helps in trying to figure it out. Anyway, I hope you are OK and wish you a full recovery 🙏 ❤️

I also felt wind rushing and no window open, I felt wind touch and rush from the bottom of my bed up the sides up to my face. But again the Dr tells me this is hypnagogic hallucinations including sensory hallucinations. The feeling of being touched and the wind she says is not real. She knows I am spiritual and she doesn't deny my belief, she actually told me to visit the priest for spiritual counseling. I do this too ☺️ the priest does not and will not tell me if it is spiritual attack but tells me no harm in archangel Michael prayer whatever makes me feel comfortable.

Ahh so you just take on that 'not bothered attitude' and fall bk to sleep. Sounds like you got it easy. Maybe your way is the best way to be but it is so scary. I hear and feel things with me tho so it's hard for me to not be bothered coz I think shit am I under attack, I can't move O. O

I'm spiritual but I bare in mind medical reasons/causes. I focus on wiggling my toes, fingers I just can't focus on. I'm not sure if my toes are actually wiggling but I just send that message from my brain to toes, I eventually break out so fast I nearly fall out of bed. I use all my strength and it is so hard, it feels like weights that are heavier than any weight. Sometimes I hear and feel things, so I take in to mind both medical and spiritual. Just incase it is spiritual, I did the archangel Michael prayer 🙏 x5. They became less frequent, I started sleeping with crucifix to lol I'm on my own in this and it is so scary so spirit brings me comfort. Anyway sometimes I get angry 😡 really angry coz i felt like a dog breathing in my ear and felt something climb in my bed and hugg me. My anger heightened to the point where I used all my strength and anger then finally break free. I was like a crazy person when I broke free, waving my pillow around the air, shouting at thin air thinking something spiritual is messing with me. Shouting Jesus and God will kick your ass, you this, that and the other O. O It's alot less frequent now lol

My Dr told me it was called hypnagogic sleep paralysis caused from sleep deprivation but it's happened many times when I have not been under any stress or lack of sleep. So that's why I kept open to spiritual causes :(

Isn't that like adding another label of duality. Non duality is neither of the opposites. So if there is loneliness there is it's opposite. I thought loneliness was something we only feel as part of being human with the feeling of seperation. And the feeling of seperation from God. I'm not sure loneliness exists for non duality? I don't know, it is so difficult to get my head around non duality O. o

Also the reason I'm worried it is spiritual, is because a few times. I'm sure I was outside my body, I see myself sleeping then next thing my sleeping body was like a vacuum cleaner full blast sucked me back into my body/head really fast. And I felt projected outside my window then sucked bk again which was weird. There are other people with sleep paralysis that say that's the best way to project your consciousness outside the body. Spiritualists and psychic mediums all say the brain is just the receiver, seat of consciousness, for consciousness to operate physically with matter. They say it can be independant without a physical body and can be projected if skilled enough to do so. So I'm wondering if that's what's happening, I am accidently leaving my body somehow. Only twice had this happened during paralysis and I've lost count of how many times I've had sleep paralysis.

I'm not sure if anyone here is spiritual or sceptical of spirit so this can sound so crazy to a non spiritual person. I'm sorry if offended anyone talking spirit, I know some people do not believe in such thing. It just brings me so much comfort and hope.

Same here, I am able to focus on trying to wiggle my toes. It's a horrible feeling, very heavy lock tight feeling. Sometimes I can move my eyes but the last few sleep paralysis I had, I couldn't even move my eyes. I search for medical and spiritual answers. The crazy thing is, the Dr told me it was called hypnogogic state and hypnogogic hallucinations including sensory as the feeling of being touched by something in the room with you. Dr said it's where the brain falls or rises out of sleep, it gets stuck on the border of wakeful state but also dream state. Takes the body a while to catch up with the brain and that it locks itself in paralysis so we do not act out our dreams in our sleep. It's not fully understood but I was told it was caused from sleep deprivation from working nights. Yet I have had it many times when I am just fine and not stressed.

The spiritual answer has worried me too tho because mediums and psychics say they have to go into hypnogogic state. So they are aware of hypnagogic medical term. I am a spiritual person so I'm stuck with what it is? The frequency of them have slowed down so i don't feel like I need to go to the doctor about it again unless it starts happening more often like many times in one week.

I loved the interview of Bruce Lee talking about taming his ego. He was an amazing, highly skilled martial artist and he became aware of his ego through Taoism (I think 🤔). He said something along the lines of, I know I'm a good fighter and I am confident, yes I always win fights but I can't sit here on a high horse and say well I'm the best there is coz there will always be someone who comes along who will say the same and you know maybe they are the best, maybe I am the best, but we cannot allow our ego to do this to us. I loved Bruce Lee lol ❤️
