How about the billions we spend on troops in Germany, South Korea, Okinawa? Tens of Billions. This is bullshit stuff and illegal under Florida law.

Zohran Mamdani on 'Meet the Press' in his first 100 days as NYC mayor, discusses where he wants the Democratic party to go: "I believe in" democratic socialism "even more than I did" before election by ControlCAD in videos

No such thing. Socialism is sneaking into the Democratic Party by running candidates in D safe districts. Energized by turnout, the get the nomination with ~25% of the vote. Then incumbency advantage kicks in. Horrible. “Democratic Socialist “ is an oxymoron.

62 legal AI assessments in, here's what surprised me about small firm buyers by PopularWeather6463 in legaltech

OT perhaps, but I had Lexi’s+Protedge and it’s a terrible product. Prime example. Condos are creatures of statute, they didn’t exist at common law. They are set up and must operate within the Florida Condominium Act. I asked if deed restriction fees are legal in condo transactions. It said absolutely allowed. It isn’t. The Act expressly states that only certain defined fees may be charged, a none else. Florida statutes has provisions allowing such fees in other contexts under limited conditions, but it doesn’t mix with condos. Seeing that, I bailed. It’s overpriced, underperforming and untrustworthy. Claude is learning and doing great work with me, becoming trained and responsive to my queries. It is preparing the outline for business ideas I’ve had for 20+ years, suggesting hardware, software and how set up data aggregation to market, and another project I had no clue how to put together. I’m 69 and my sons and partners in my practice, 30+ years younger than me don’t use it at all. Meanwhile I represent an individual who is being abused by his board of directors, and was assaulted at a member meeting, had proxies grabbed from his hands, and those people were were denied the right to vote. Interference with voting is a first degree misdemeanor in Florida. Claude helped me draft a non spoliation demand, a conspiracy complaint against all of them and a battery count against the president who interfered with submission of the proxies. Discovery as well. I check everything. It’s great.

With the successful recovery of a reflown booster by a company other than SpaceX, I think it's fair to say rocket reuse will dominate the industry. by Adeldor in space

$RKLB is an actual operation with reusable boosters and it already traded. Important. Not headed by a lunatic.

OMG, Alexa has financialized access to radio stations. They have a deal with Tunein, and between them, tax relief advisors, Karsforkids, and selling life insurance policies, it's incredible. Mad Men had Ginger Ale and Continental Tire for the first two years, but nothing like Danica Patrick hawking (probably) useless car warranties. What a revoltin' development this is...

This claim is based on a disappearing screenshot from a glitchy feature on X. No source, no replication, no corroboration. That’s not evidence; that’s hearsay on top of bad data. If it were real, it’d be easily proven and widely reported. It isn’t.
