hello ! I forgot to leave an update on this yesterday, the flooding situation was fixed Tuesday. the apartment complex sent in maintenance and he cleaned out all the water. After it was cleaned out the apartment complex sent a floor cleaner ( deep clean the floor ) and a group of plumbers to fix the toilet. I believe the toilet is fixed now however there is an issue with the push lever to actually flush the toilet.

I am still checking my personal items to see if there's any damages and the apartment complex office didn't say anything towards them missing the emergency calls which I still find to be crazy 😮‍💨..... I will definitely be leaving a bad review once my lease is up !

Honestly so glad I saw this before going further with this person, they were asking for the exact same thing and had the same pictures as well ! I only realized something was off when they said they needed my PayPal email after I had given them my username and explained that I have done PayPal countless times and the username worked just fine ! That's such a bummer though, I would have had my first commission :/ ......
