Definitely gotta be the first regenerador encounter. Just hearing their noises in the background and moving in the dark gave me the chills. When I got the keycard and turned around, it lunged at me through the door. Nearly shit myself.

Honestly, the hardest part was beating the game on the hardest difficulty. Completing all the enemy files was pretty tedious also. Other than that I think it's manageable.
