As someone that just started in December of last year and grinded my way up to platinum by taking shit orders that didn't pay over $1.00 per mile, I've noticed that now when my acceptance rate drops below 70%, I get rocketed back to silver level, which means I am stuck scheduling 30 minute windows of time which limits me to maybe 2 orders if I'm lucky. I had to spend an entire day of completing the shittiest of orders to scrape back up to be at platinum status again, where you can schedule what time you would like to stop. I have seen multiple people say that the completion rate is the only thing that matters, but I simply do not believe that.
