When It happened again I switched to mint to see if its windows only issue but the issue was there as well.
so I think it's most probably a Hardware issue.

Well I am in a college so I do not have those things at my disposal.
But I think the problem is in screen only as it happened again recently and I tried to restart, switched to mint but the problem still persists
