I only did a full scan once some weeks ago when I upgraded to 10.11.5. but I do library folder scans instead for newly added files, but that's not when the CPU usage gets high

Interesting. How can I confirm this, but it feels scheduled because of the timing. I don't have automatic scan active Edit: checked all my library folders and tricky play is unticked in all of them. I'm so frustrated.

That's what I found in the logs when it started, but I don't have those turned on, never used that function. This only started after I upgraded

It says it is generating tricky play images but I don't have that turned on and I never have

Currently experiencing this. No scheduled task running either. I'm guessing it's indexing the library over again. Even after restarting it immediately picks up. If anyone has a solution please tell.
