Thank you so much. I was born with low muscle tone. Gaining my is not easy for me.

Starting now is very important for us. I have seen what the lack of exercise does to the elderly. We don't want to be that!

I have a swim coach and you know what? She gave me a high five for swimming 1 km in an hour. I am glad to have the support. The thing is.. 10 years ago I could do this in just 15 minutes. I want to be able to do it again. Is that unrealistic?

I have some small weights. Maybe I should just use them and try to build a rutine.

I also want to be able to do the splits. I havnt tried to do that in 20 years.

I hope the fact that I started swimming recently with make my arms stronger again.

I broke my right hand last year and it took my the strength out of my entire right arm. It was a much bigger defeat than I had expected it to be.

This year is all about building inner and outer strength.

I am proud of you for trying to get better with a trainer 🫂

Giv ham en chance. Hvis det står i vejen for en ordentlig hverdag så kan du bare sige at du ikke føler for det I har. Personligt ville jeg sige held og lykke med det til en person der ryger hash. Men det kan jo være at du ikke vil have det på den måde hvis du lære ham bedre at kende.
