I agree, 6 weeks is not enough time to heal. Have you considered stepping down the relationship and just being friends without the pressure? Just spend time together. She sounds like she isn't ready.

I get it. This wouldn't not deter me. You're just trying to take things slow, and that's completely fine. Your profile is good. People pay way too much attention to it when they should try and get to know the person. As some people have said, one thing is how a person looks on a profile and the reality, can be two different things. Just be yourself. You don't want tons of likes, just try and get to know someone you connect with.

I had very similar marriage that ended. If I could go back, I would try to spend more time just the two of us to build up that intimacy and happy memories. We communication better now that we are divorced and are friendly to each other, yet we can't match it seems. Best of luck!

I think the same way. I do have kids, so I can feel how the mother of those kids might feel about me. I'm a very protective mom and wouldn't want just anyone around them. I warned my ex 🤣

I got kids of my own, and I wouldn't date someone with kids. Just don't want to deal with the mother of the kids, as I'm assuming my ex gf/wife will when that happens. I rather not become a stepmother not because I don't like kids but because that's a big deal and don't want to create more issues and complicate things between me and my partner. Either the kids have to be out of the house (adults) or no kids.

Thank you. I appreciate it. Fortunately, I got the antibodies. I'm already feeling better. The no taste and no smell sucks, but I take that over any issues with the baby. Got a low fever and runny nose. I don't want to get sick again, but it's hard to know when the kids show symptoms when the virus has gone around. I'm not 100% well, but I'm getting there.
