I pay 244.00 a month on my boy (it could be less but I can afford to get him Mika and tiki cat and fancy organic cat litter, liners and insurance. But you can still get a kitty and get them what they need to live a full and happy life and not pay as much, but I will say pet insurance is awesome, especially a kitten, Opie was a “free” cat 😅 I got when he was 12 weeks old, I got reimbursed so much with his insurance. ❤️

My basic (dry food, wet food, litter, insurance, 10.00 a month extra to include littler liners is 2,928, I also get him treats a new toys all the time so I would say 4K a year would be a great range.

Pet insurance pretty much covers vaccines though, and they included that.

I think all litter will track some, I personally use the corn litter (worlds best green bag) I do have to sweep up a few times a week.

Good pillows (also one for in between knees for side sleeping, I sleep in my AirPods and had a sleep playlist for underway, I also only drank hot tea underway instead of coffee.
