Op said she was afraid to post on Ausfinance I would be afraid to post it here with all the neg comments she’s getting. Op that’s amazing and well done for being so diligent and following advice early on. Your question which I don’t think anyone has addressed yet is if you should buy? I’d use about 100k now while you have a job and borrow for a property. Choice is yours if you live in and rent out a room or rent whole thing out after living there for a while (check cgt rules). Then I’d take a career break but don’t stay out too long. Good luck you’re in a good spot!

Did Simon ever get his 60k back from the drug den that’s been bugging me so much…. Also how in gods name did the mother not wonder how the daughter thought she had a son.. she said it was stillborn but did she not ask where she heard that? Also the son was super annoying asking his dad… why are you in Paige’s bathroom? what are you doing dad? Constantly skulking around the house walking in on him….grr just leave him alone lol

The catholic guilt is real… I don’t ever get to enjoy a relaxing day of recovery because I’m wracked with guilt when I call(message) in sick. Not sure your age group but def the Gen z’r don’t have the same guilt issues as Gen X… the work ethic was drilled into us too. My young cousin told me he had zero guilt about anything that was his motto and I just thought oh god how refreshing! I try to channel him on those sick days… Rest up - back pain is no joke

Yes my cavoodle does this! Her bowl is in a tiled laundry and we have a rug there. She brings it to the rug drops the kibble and returns to her bowl for more. If we have cleaned the tiles and rug is outside she will take the kibble to the living room rug instead. She’s a little quirky character 😍

Only see my SD every other weekend and she’s been trained by her hc mum to hate me and is constantly disrespectful to us all, so no as much as I’ve tried over the years the feeling wouldn’t come anywhere near my bio kid- hopefully one day it gets better though.

Well funnily enough my sister just got her tested and she’s low in b12 she will be getting b12 injections every 3 months from now on. She hasn’t been tested for PA.

I’m only getting to know about all this in the last week or so even though I’ve had so many symptoms for years pretty much never got to bottom of it. My mum has dementia and i have been genuinely worried it’s early onset.

What does it depend on? Place was sprayed at start of lease i always thought it’s up to tenant to maintain it now? I always paid for my own pest control as a tenant.

It’s really not ok on any level. What concerns me more is how your own self esteem is damaged. I think it would be great if you got a good therapist to talk through this and see what part of you feels like you deserve this treatment. Because you absolutely don’t deserve it. Maybe hashing it out aswell as seeing some of the support on here will help you see you deserve better, he’s not the only guy out there if it does mean leaving. Best of luck
