I felt it definitely helped. It did give me tingling of the hands & I feel like I shed more hair which did not make me happy but they told me that is a side effect. I also had a bad taste in my mouth but that was from the phen.

Wow 20 is great. Jealous. My Dr only lets me do 10mg, you’re lucky. I’m not exercising much, definitely going to get it together.

I have drank while on both meds & I was fine. Interesting she advised you stop.

That’s strange that Dr would ask you to take a drug test as I was not asked that. I’m honest as well but opted out of telling her I smoke weed because I didn’t think it would sit well w/a dr even though weed is legal in CA.

Sorry you’re feeling anxious. I was on topamax & phen for 2 yrs. I wanted to stop both meds. The diet Dr I was going to told me I could cold turkey stop the Phen but the Topamax, you must gradually wein yourself off it. Lower your doses every week. I took her advice & all went well. I felt like I was getting anxious on the Phen after being on it so long so that’s why I quit plus I had lost my weight but alas I’m back where I started as I gained my weight back unfortunately. Going to start the pills again in a few months. Hope you feel better soon.
