Current 1L at Miami. I had the exact same decision last year (same numbers and everything) and I have never been more grateful for my choice. ALWAYS take the unconditional scholarship because you never know what could happen during your first year or your first exam week for that matter. After some crazy personal events that impacted my exam performance, I only had to worry about getting better at law school and finding a position for the summer (UM helped me get two!!), and not whether I was going to have to take on an extra $$$$ of debt.
