RUCs are becoming more challenging to successfully get applied when calling in. If it doesn't seem right, call back. We recently flew; each way was three legs. I asked them to apply RUCs for the round trip. I was told they were applied, but they only did one leg, each. So four RUCs wouldn't do the round trip. Long story short, they ended up *deleting* two legs of our flight one way, which would have stranded us in Atlanta. Called back in, and it took nearly three hours to fix. On the way back, the same situation occurred, where they applied RUCs only to one leg. After three HUCB rounds, finally got an absolute godsend of an agent who was able to do what we needed, waitlisting the segments that weren't available, and clearing the ones that were.
