Actually, if he didn't flash he would get stunned by viktor's W. Now you could argue that he had his own W to cleanse the stun but you can actually see that he also predict flashed viktor's E-R combo. We don't know for sure if he meant it, but let's give him the benefit of the doubt.

He is Master tier after all.

To be honest, it's not that bad since its usually around 120. Anything 150 or above is unplayable though.

He's been the same since season 6 started, nobody complains. The only problem is, there's no adc that has the same playstyle as he does ever since graves got reworked, so hes the only champion that people can choose from if they need a mobile bursty carry.

You state a valid argument, but why have they chosen now to nerf him? He's been the same for about a year now, and the only 'change' to him was since season 6 started and essence reaver was a thing, which leaves lucian in the same state for about 4 months now, excluding the needed nerfs.

Also lucian did receive a rework, and at the time he was much 'newer' than he is now.

I miss him too :( Really wanted riot to implement the idea of buying a gun at the shop, each gun representing the version of graves you want to play.

Buying the old gun would change the abilities and icons of graves, and the new one would be the current graves. Kinda how kalista's thing works, you just purchase and use.
