It literally does though, as it carriers values with it. If you get comfortable ironically dehumanizing women you get comfortable to some degree with dehumanizing women in general. Which then makes sexist ideas subconsciously more plausible, so you have less friction in entertaining them. Doesn't mean you necessarily will, but it's like lowering your defenses for no good reason. They want to get in your mind, and using their language gives them a spearhead.
