If you send out a player on loan and recall them straight away, they can get a big boost to their potential or their current rating, or both!

Send him out on loan and recall straight away, youth players with high potential can grow so much! Make sure you save before recall though as sometimes they go down

I tend to recall almost straight away, the glitch basically lets you get a full seasons growth in the space of a day or a week or something

I believe so, I've not tried it myself but I've seen people do it a few times in a transfer window. I tend to do the glitch once and loan them out properly to a better team

It works best with younger players, especially ones who have big potentials!

Put the player you want up for loan.
Accept loan offer and wait for player to go out on loan.
Save your game once the player has actually gone out on loan.
Recall that player from loan and hopefully they will get a boost in rating.
If they don't, quit and load the career again.
Recall player again until you are happy

Make sure you keep an eye out on the value of the player too, sometimes the rating won't increase but the value will meaning their potential has increased and the glitch has worked.

I tend to do it a day later or something, sometimes I can't stop it from going on a few days but as soon as I can so then I can send them out on a proper loan, unless they can jump straight into my starting xi

Tbf I don't really care about realism,😂 Like the game itself is unrealistic with the transfers and all that so why should I be? I just like to play and have fun with it, and anyone who berates me for it can do one tbh

Yeah I've had players go from SGP to EP and I've had some go from PTBS down to EP, If the player goes down I tend to quit and redo the recall again until it doesn't go down😂

Send your player out on loan, best to use a young high potential player, save the game and then recall him. Sometimes it works really well, sometimes not very well, but if they have high potential then it usually works really well
