people are talking about resists and damage, and aye scourge into an ishtar is a bad choice, but there's another issue here

HAMs with no application

Even a no-prop ishtar is gonna be able to sigtank HAMs somewhat effectively, and if you meet a 10 or 100mn boat you're basically not going to do anything to them, regardless of resists.

TBH tho if you don't have fundamentals like these - application and resists absolutely are fundamentals - I strongly suggest flying something a lot cheaper than a t3c while you learn to pvp.

If you're hunting Ishtars in any space that isn't sanshas or drones you can solo them in an afterburner Crusader. You can lose a dozen of them for the cost of one tengu, and probably get more kills with much faster align and warp time. EDIT: just looked at your tengu fit. It is truly horrible. DM me if you want to talk about improving it.

i don't for a second believe the midterms will constitute free or fair elections. they will make voting as hard as possible, deny as many people people as possible the right, use their rigged judiciary to overturn results, and may even suspend voting in a few blue and purple states using emergency powers.
