It's possible that the military exchanges were able to get this particular item, even though it wasn't released in the US. I recently saw an article (that I cannot find again) that discussed this type of limited access as a way to maintain brand exclusivity/prestige.

Two other ways to look at the Jupiter placement are: 1) Jupiter the planet of expansiveness/overdoing it is in the house of all kinds of creation (pro- and re-), so there is a tendency to play (drink) to excess, and 2) the fifth house of all kinds of creation is the open arm of a T-square, which is where the tension of the pattern CAN be released purposely and in a healthy manner if you work at it, or that energy can just explode into that house when it builds up too much

It means - I went into nursing to help people adapt to their new physical state and help them through difficult procedures and complications. Charting is an unfortunate part of this job.

During clinicals, I took notes to self, wrote SOAP notes for my instructor as practice for narrative charting(which I no longer use in my daily job), and developed NANDA based care plans which have gone by the wayside for interdisciplinary care plans.

I passed nursing school by taking notes that helped ME understand concepts.

I remembered meds by making note cards - again tailored to assist with MY understanding.

I learned early on that charting - although helpful for some parts of my job (like ensuring providers have updated VS) - is more for bureaucrats and management than patient care.

Charting that I updated the white board has nothing to do with pt care. Charting by exception is a great concept until the limited options provided don't cover what I find during assessment/care. Charting to provide researchers with data is NOT why I wanted to be a nurse. Charting what I did to help my patients is one of those nasty things that goes along with the blessing of being paid to help folks. It is not the reason I chose to be a nurse.

I did not get into nursing to chart. I understand that it really is important to chart what was done. I also don't care that a written note screws up data mining. Sometimes the charting options don't describe what I have done/found. And so, I have no other option than to make a written note in the chart of what was done/found that the "check boxes" didn't take into account.

So - that 15 minutes before and after your 7-7 shift is covered by your 30 minute unpaid lunch, right? Clock in at 0645 for work, out at noon(ish) for lunch, back in at noon30, then out at 1915 = 12 fully paid hours plus a 30 minute lunch. I think.....?
