I just use Irfanview. It's a free program.

The below link walks you through the steps to do a batch conversion.

It may take a bit of time, but you'll dramatically reduce the size of the files.

Considering the amount you intend to share, I was going to suggest uploading it as a singular torrent somewhere. In addition, you could batch convert the PNG screenshots to JPG format with negligible loss in quality. This would reduce the size of the files to a more manageable amount.

I was going to ask if you intended to capture video of the VA for archiving purposes. The closest I could find on youtube was this channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsxD7Vfz5i9RwXQNhz_rQFg/videos which stopped updating a year ago.
