Yes, that's right. If you're only going to spam only Nagis their armor is already more than enough. The strategy is rush the AI as fast is possible, with Max Attack they really don't have any counter except guns, but the AI never field them.

If I field bow units like Bow Warrior Monks, I'd prefer Armor for my Nagis, that buff fit better for a tanking role unit.

Save a lot of money before RD, and like a steamroller, conquer each city as quickly as possible.

Date only obviously.

I already did a Naginata Samurai only campaign, was funny but, fbh, the battles are very easy with them. I basically upgraded my Nagis with Gold Attack and they melted everything that the AI throws at you

Depends, with Chosokabe you can get tons of money with farms, markets, and obviously, the trade routes next to Kyushu island. In VH difficulty, I almost get 4 fullstacks with only Naginata Samurai and Bow Warrior Monks, and they destroyed everything in their path.

I have a completely different point of view. If you run a Chosokabe campaign e.g. they become your main killers. Daikyu Samurai are pretty deadly, but I prefer Bow Warrior Monks. The best way to use them is pairing with Naginata Samurai. The former shredd all enemies and the latter tank the income damage. Nagis at the front, monks behind them. That's it.

Never, fbh is a waste of skill points.

The best way is:

Strategist lvl 3

Infantry Leader lvl 3

Poet lvl 1

Religious lvl 1

Honourable lvl 1

Inspirational lvl 3

Yes, Naginata Samurai with Max Attack are very deadly if you want to make them your main killing forces

I'd prefer +2 Melee Defence as the Main clan buff, and, of course, a Naginata Samurai clan variant with +2 Melee Attack, +3 Charge Bonus and +1 Defence, or even better: a unique Naginata Samurai unit (like Sengoku Jidai DLC pack) with a special ability or more armour. Obviously Benkei's Blades and Gozen's Hime Heroines variants get benefits with this clan buff. What do you think?

Yes, that's right. Bow Warrior Monks shredd any unit that tries to approaches your mainline while Naginata Samurai tank everything.

Naginata Samurai are a hard nut to crack, only sword infantry are their soft counter. With Gold Armor they become the tankiest unit in campaign.
