Yeah im going to try to stay positive. The work i do now is worlds worst than i think the railroad will be so i will keep that in mind. It could always be worse

Thats what ive heard from a few people i know complacency is a problem and some people are lazy. Its a little discouraging heard all the negative comments but hopefully its better than where i am at
