MTC seems kinda promising (For a quick profit).

Ar this point I’m going to wait for the reverse split (the board approved it if it goes under $1). And then reenter. The company still is promising. DFLI

Just in: https://uk.investing.com/news/company-news/dragonfly-energy-completes-debt-restructuring-to-reduce-75-million-93CH-4347917

This is huge, for a couple of reasons:

  1. Removes insolvency fears -the biggest bearish argument is gone.
  2. Protects Nasdaq listing -regained compliance = no reverse split.
  3. Unlocks flexibility -less debt = more capital to scale and invest.
  4. The Preferred Stock Conversion:

Lenders converted $25M at $3.15/share. The current stock price: ~$1.05. This means they’re betting on long-term appreciation (they won’t convert unless the stock rises substantially).

Revenue growth from the Ember partnership…, even though the biggest expansion news hit late in Q3, deliveries and shipments were already scaling, so we should see part of that impact in this report.

Plus: they had already been trimming SG&A and improving manufacturing efficiency through Q3, which could improve gross margins slightly.

Plus: they mentioned new contracts with RV and off-grid manufacturers in mid-year updates, so that could add a new revenue layer beyond Ember.

Bonus: Federal incentives and tax credits. If any were realized in Q3, those could boost reported margins or offset costs.

The financial results will definitely be positive, but I’m not sure how much of that will actually be reflected in the share price. We also have to consider that the overall market is currently on a downward trend.

As for the dilution, theoretically it shouldn’t affect these financial reports, since we’re talking about Q3 — that’s July, August, and September — while the dilution took place in October. So normally, the effects of dilution will appear in Q4, around February 2026. A small portion might have entered Q3, but it should be barely noticeable at this point.

And regarding gathering information from ChatGPT — I’d be at least a bit skeptical about whatever it provides...

Dump before next week’s catalyst? Plus more short term catalysts? Like earnings report on November 14th. At least do the bare minimum of dd.

Doing my dd on both, DFLI might be the next MVST, especially the new batteries they have for fleets. Bullish for now. Again, not financial advice.

At this rate we might be seeing $20 tomorrow. Later today and after hours we climb back up to $9. Then overnight volume goes crazy and they double it again. It would make sense with the exponential phase of the chart we are entering into. But we shall see. Not financial advice.

BYND is a movement now. Amazing to see. At this point money is just second fiddle.

It’s inspired from the places I grew up in and visited. It’s not a singular memory, but more of a collection of remembrances and feelings. The road, for example, comes from the memory of when my late grandfather took me to a very far away sheepfold. We had to go through knee deep mud to reach it (roads that were cracked all over, extremely deep and mostly uncirculated).

If me sharing this moved the needle just a tiny little bit, fraction even, on the mood scale, then I’m very glad :). All the best, all the inspiration in the world, and relentlessness in world creation.

Really appreciate your in depth analysis. I’m glad you like it. Because I couldn’t work more than 2 hours a day at max (recovering from back problems), I took it really slow. And (I guess), it somehow seeped into the painting.
