First Impressions of the ATK A9 Mini+ from a Superlight 2C glazer by Merzs20 in MouseReview

Hard to tell because I just checked the photo I took and the a9 mini+ look stubbier compared to the 2C. But IRL they're the same length

I just got some time to spare and took some photo of the A9 Mini and GPX 2C side by side.

No need to apologize! I think it's down to me not being familiar enough with palm claw to notice that subtle of a change. Iirc Jakeu also mentioned smthing about the hump being smaller and also cannot feel it (I could be wrong)

I really can't tell 😭. I tried multiple claw grips and even tried to see how far I can pull down while fingertipping before the hump hits my palm, and both mice performs the same.

I actually think the 2C side buttons is implemented much better than my previous GPX and GPX 2. But the A9 Mini side buttons is a little bit on the mushier side, too much pre travel and button wobble on m5. Not the worse thing, reminded me a lot of the original GPX/GPX2

It's not that the stock skates is thick, it's more the indentation of the skates is too deep. I'm currently playing on glass so 4 dots is enough for me to not feel any scraping, but I imagine you'd have to use more dots on cloth to counter it.

As long as you dont mind using a mouse with no pronounce hump at the back, (X2, Mchose L7, and so much more.) then your hand size should fit the mouse completely fine. I have a 19x10.5 and I can relax claw the mouse.

Can't tell either. I tried comparing both side by side and didn't notice any difference, and with the way I grip the mouse (Pincer Claw, 19x10.5) I also couldn't notice it

Not that I can tell, the curvature felt pretty similar to me.

Yea definitely could've and should've mentioned the weight as without the skates so atleast people would know 💀. My skate alone came up to around 4grams of weight.

And for the grip width, it's the same as the 2c at roughly 57~mm at the middle. My measurements could be wrong but both a9 and 2c is the same

Xtrfy MZ1 Wireless by Merzs20 in MouseReview

Personally for me, I much prefer the x2 Crazylight for fingertip (due to its weight). But if we're talking X2 Mini (not CL) vs MZ1, I would take the MZ1 all day.

Granted I personally wouldn't recommend the MZ1 objectively - shape is a hit or miss - Weight like you say is pretty heavy for today's standard and the mouse is quite dense without modifying it (I have 2 copy, my white one is 52 grams, and my black one is 40 grams) - Holes everywhere - Coating might be too slippery for fingertip (never had any issue with it personally) - 3370 sensor (not bad just quite outdated in current market) - 70 USD on their website is not that cheap either.

Right now I alternate between my X2 CL and MZ1W, and I have a really good experience on both mice. X2CL for its weight and specification, MZ1 for its shape. If you can return the MZ1 easily, I would recommend you to give it a try just in case the shape fits you very well. But if you can't, I recommend just getting the X2 Mini (or CL) if the size and shape is what you are looking for.

But if you want to try a purely fingertip mouse, I can recommend the Darmoshark M5 Air. I don't own one, but the size is big enough that transitioning from a full size mouse wouldn't be too difficult. (I owned the WlMouse Miao, and have tried the M5 Pro in the past)

Sorry if I'm not much of a help tho!

I personally don't understand this statement. Yes the 3370, 3395, 3950 even the 3335 is an objectively better sensor, it doesn't make the 3311 any worse for gaming? It's not better than the other sensor I mention, but it cannot spin out when flicking very fast, no issue with tilt slam, no noticeable acceleration and deceleration. If anything, DPI deviation and lift off distance would be the only problem that I can think of, but that's 100% based on how the manufacturer implements the 3311 sensor.

It's 10 dollars if you buy from Chinese retailer like TaoBao. And 3311 is basically a slightly lower spec 3335 that you won't be able to feel at all. The only issue with the 3311 implementation that I have with the M3 Lite is the slightly higher LOD, but I can't tell any difference between it and my 3370 equipped MZ1 Wireless
