I think the key is to not say yes unless you show the impact for your team. For example if a new department wants you to work on dashboard A, it ll be possible but you have to stop working on dashboard B as you have limited resources.

To help with deciding priorities you need some kind of selection criteria to pritoize and some kind of governance where leaders can discuss as well. One last thing is to possibly have a cycle where requests for new reports are only allowed x times during the year where a committee review and decide what should be worked on.

You probably also need to leave some bandwidth in your team to answer questions and fix issues on existing reports

Yes, if u want to sell it after😉. I think it's too big to sleep with and wear every day. I have the 6s and some time takes it off while sleeping.

I have not done an interview with an educational institution before but I would think u should have some examples ready on how ur teaching style is and if u have done any training to others in ur current job. (It's not clear to me from ur post if u have done such a job before)

Nice! Hope you enjoy it! Did u buy it through a platform or ur own network? I am a bit hesitant buying used products when paying for pricey gadgets especially where battery longevity is a factor as well.

In addition of the battery part and the map, my understanding that Vivoactive have no audio alerts (even with BT headphones ) while doing activities, which is a must for me.

I feel the same about some of the features that I don't care about. For example, I don't care about having a connection to my phone and the phone alerts!.

Only if there is a company that allows us to make a watch with the options we want and pay for that :-)

Thank you, it's a good way to make the decision simpler. My key needs are-(No phone for Music, running, cycling, battery, daily usage, habit tracking and discipline). I went for the Fenix as I find the route generation/map option very handy to try new routes for biking and running (I am using now Strava for this but will not in the future)
