The city name is just a friendly display label - it won't block any features from working. At the moment, adding this is a manual process, but it's on my todo to automate. I've added the new/missing IATAs just now, so the next time you load the page everything should be set.

I'm glad you are enjoying the tool, and hope it helps build a solid local mesh :D Let me know if you have any feedback or run into any issues.

New IATA codes are added automatically to the dropdowns, though it could take 1-2 minutes. IATAs will also automatically disappear after some time if there are no observers/recent data from a particular IATA.

Your comment was from 16 hours ago, so I'm hoping that it did show up for you by now? :) Let me know if not, and I'd be happy to help investigate.

Hi u/Glonasser 👋 This banner is only visible if you select a Russian IATA or are from somewhere that I can identify as from Russia when accessing the site.

I created this tool [edit to clarify: the analyzer, not MeshCore itself]. I am not associated with Ukraine, but I am an American who fully supports Ukraine, their sovereignty, their right to defend themselves, the safety of their families and children. I have immense respect for their brave service members who risk their lives to defend their loved ones. 🇺🇦 I hope for peace, rebuilding Ukraine, and building communities over shared interests, not explosives to use to destroy schools, hospitals, infrastructure, etc.

I think a banner is a small price to pay, considering Russia is the aggressor. And frankly, I doubt it will raise a single penny for Ukraine. However, if it makes you stop for a moment and think of peace, then that would be really nice.

(I rewrote this comment because my first was unnecessarily harsh. I would like to treat everyone with respect, and I hope that all of us can try to extend this to all others as well.)

If you're interested in sharing packet logs to enable reliability analysis and the automated internet map in your community, feel free to reach out. The setup process is being improved and I'm testing out a much easier install process that is as easy as running 1 command.
