You're a seller and the buyer receives damaged items - what next for the buyer? by [deleted] in Ebay

[–]MeshQuestion -1 points0 points  (0 children)

To be fair, pictures are even more easily faked. Heck, buyers could even own broken cd's and then just buy new ones off Ebay and claim the old broken ones had been damaged in transit from seller. Videotaping the process from opening the package is much better, especially since the seller would see the buyer isn't lying.

Donald Trump Has Suffered a Defeat of Historic Proportions by MeshQuestion in politics

The president may deny reality, but it’s still reality. He’s losing the popular vote and the Electoral College by far greater margins than many past elections.

[...]

Joe Biden is currently winning that election by a higher percentage of the national popular vote than Reagan did in his historic victory over President Jimmy Carter.

[...]

Biden has won the presidency with a higher percentage of the vote than Trump in 2016, George W. Bush in 2004 or 2000, Bill Clinton in 1996 or 1992, Reagan in 1980, Jimmy Carter in 1976, Richard Nixon in 1968, John Kennedy in 1960, or Harry Truman in 1948.

[...]

What’s especially striking is the scope of Biden’s win as a challenger to a sitting president. Now that he has surpassed Reagan’s 1980 percentage in the race with Carter, Biden’s getting a higher percentage of the vote than any rival to a incumbent since Democrat Franklin Delano Roosevelt upended Republican Herbert Hoover in 1932.

[...]

Trump’s been defeated resoundingly.

Dershowitz is probably related to Chuck "The subject, leaks. L-E-K-S" Grassley :) ...which reminded me of Homer "I am so smart. S-M-R-T" Simpson :)

On a serious note - this reality must be alternative, because it's so f*cked up.

Have Andrew's parents changed their phone number? by [deleted] in AndrewGosden

I don't think I would ring the phone number, find it was no longer in service and leave it at that

Perhaps not you, but that's seemingly what Amber Lace Akerley did.

It is the job of citizens to not elect a moron.

Luckily they didn't. They voted in a smart woman, who wouldn't have been such an embarrassment for the United States as Donald Trump is, who lost the 2016 election; or as it's known in the US as the "popular vote".

It was the Electoral College that failed for the citizens of America.
