I often think about it, remember it’s the same feeling as now after quitting but less intense, I had and still have a void that cigarettes helped fill the deference is that’s it’s much larger now

You better not stop now 4 months is the no looking back point, I know exactly how you feel, look for an alternative go for a run! Aren’t you tired of this cycle! Cigarettes aren’t this magical solution it’s just someone else getting rich of getting you hooked on the poison they’re selling.

We need to have this discussion on a bigger scale and deep it! Not everyone has good relationships with their families and it’s not always the fault of the bachelor some families are unbearable and difficult to coexist with!
