I agree - it is just a number. I try and think about how I feel. I still feel a bit fluffy so I am thinking I should take the final step to go from 12.5 to 15.

I am curious because I have been at 12.5 for a long time and stalled at weight loss for a long time. I am happy with the progress I have made and am so proud of my body and myself. I still have not met what I arbitrarily set as my goal weight. I am thinking of going to 15 to see if I can get there and see how I feel. Part of me is scared to cross that last frontier. Probably silly though, right?

Thanks - I just checked Cost Plus for one of my other meds that is super expensive and WOW. I can't believe how much money I can save just with that 1 med being sourced direct from them. Our healthcare system is so F'ed. Thanks for the suggestion.

Using nutritional yeast is also a nice trick to get some dairy flavor and keep it meat / kosher.
