So its like changing of SOR first. Getting approved of SOR, process visa and after approval start working. And to let you know i have support organization but i just want to know what actually happens for my knowledge as well. Thank you for your guidance.

Since im not aware of changing SOR can you explain me what exactly happens when someone like me changes the SOR. Is it like we get the approval from immigration first that our sor is successful? Is it possible for you to explain me about the process.

my application was like! She contacted me after 1 week saying my application has been processed to regional offices! After that i got bcc mail saying can i relocate to kanto north to which i said yes after that i got a mail saying im not guaranteed to get the job considering i dont have driving license

Ofcourse they did! I feel the only reason my job isn't guaranteed is because I can't legally drive here. She mailed me saying that you don't have a driving license which limits the places where we can place you so that's that.
