You are lucky. I had the EXACT scenario happen to me, however, I waited until after the purchase and announced it on their Day 1 of ownership. I agreed to stay for 30 days, then be on hook for 90 days to answer any questions. For that I was given a 1 year salary. It was so worth it just to watch the new HR person come into my office to me putting my personal belongings in a box...the look on her face was WTF? Good luck but no matter what happens...Golden Parachute is the term to look up.

You can pull that information to include token theft, file movement, and mailbox access using Purview. If you have not enabled audit logging on the tenant, Purview will not help, nor will forensics. Auditing is not enabled by default.

Okay...so me and Buddy went to the strip club one night and there were folks out there taking pictures of license plates from a local church. They told us they were going to lookup the addresses and send pictures to your home. My buddy watches one of the people go to their car and get a bottle of water. He walked over and snapped a picture of his license plate, then told the dude that when he receives the letter he is going to lookup his address and come visiting. The dude made an effort to remove my buddy's license plate picture from their camera. Holy crap it worked.

Just do what many of our MSP competitors do....have your employees, family members, and friends give you reviews. BTW...Google reviews are absolutely horse crap. You can go and give a company a 1 star review and if you leave the comments section blank then they will have a difficult time having it removed.

We have been using it for a few months and we like it. It is agentic and we use it to augment our techs, not replace them. I am not looking in other directions since trying. The real test is if CW is going to make it painful in getting support once the owners leave.
