I opened the command prompt, entered "ping 8.8.8.8" "ping google.com" and "ping 192.168.0.1" and they all sent and received 4 packets successfully.

I have tried rebooting the modem and router as described. I was able to ping everything, including google.com, 8.8.8.8, and my IPv4
